Orders and Payments
We accept Pay Pal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, American Express and Diners Club International.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
US Shipping rates are calculated based on the items in your cart and the
shipping method you picked. We ship via USPS for shipments within the
United States. International shipments are via USPS Priority Mail.
Orders placed after 1pm Pacific will be processed the next business day
(not including weekends and holidays). We only charge tax if you ship to
an address in California. Once your order is shipped, we will e-mail
you a USPS tracking number.
We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the merchandise in its original packaging with tags attached within fourteen days (14) days of receipt for an exchange or store credit. All returns must be in new condition. All returns require a RMA (return authorization number). Please email us for complete return instructions. Any items returned without a RMA will be refused. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via UPS or by USPS with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. Elevate Brands is not responsible for lost packages. Sorry, no cash refunds. We only offer store credit. Store credits do not expire. After 14 days, NO returns will be accepted. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order.
We do ship internationally. We use USPS Priority Mail for our international shipments. Costs are as follows:
- › 1-2 Sip N’ Go Bottles: $10
- › 3-4 Sip N’ Go Bottles: $15
The above costs are per item, however if multiple items are ordered the costs will rarely exceed the cost of the larger item.
DO NOT send us an email to get shipping costs. They are listed above (and we will just direct you back to this page). We rarely will need to charge more than what is listed and when we do, it is because multiple items are ordered. If you wish to place an order, you can use the above and have a good idea of what the final costs will be, so use that to determine if you are willing to place the order.
Import Duties/Fees/Charges – We are not responsible for any import duties, fees, fines or other charges that you may incur upon receipt of the product.

We will call you in order to get the payment information (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
Tracking Numbers – Tracking numbers are issued via USPS. However, they do not record en-route information, only confirmation of delivery.
